PASSWORD PROTECTED WEBSITE

This is not an entirely open website. You are free to explore the open pages of the Website without providing any Personal Information about yourself. The Member Only portion of the Website is password protected to those who wish to become members of the KAIROS Properties Investor’s Club.

We are not liable to members should the information on the member’s page appear incorrectly. We will always strive to immediately correct any information found to be incorrect, providing members make us aware by emailing patricia@kairosproperties.co.uk.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login details and may not disclose such information to any third party. Members accept full responsibility for any use of their passwords and, as a condition to its issuance, must notify KAIROS Properties immediately of any actual or suspected loss, theft, or unauthorised use of their password.

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

To become a member of the KAIROS Property Investment Club, you are required to provide personal information, such as name, nationality, country of residence, e-mail address(es) and phone number(s) to authenticate our member registration process. We will also collect other information to help us understand your UK property investment strategy and to better guide you to suitable property recommendations.

This privacy policy applies only to the collection and use of information collected online on the KAIROS Properties website.

INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTIES

We DO NOT receive Personal Information about you from third party sources or publicly available sources such as social media websites. Nor do we engage in joint marketing activities that would share your personal data.

INFORMATION ABOUT CHILDREN

The KAIROS Website is not intended for or targeted at children under 16, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 16. If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 16, please contact us at patricia@kairosproperties.co.uk, so that we may delete the information.

Our Website may include Social Media Features. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

How long we keep information we collect about you depends on the type of information. as described in further detail below.  After such time, we will either delete or anonymize your information or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.

We retain Personal Information that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, as long as is required in order to contact you about the member opportunities, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we securely delete the information or anonymise it or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
